    **Our Department of Dental Medicine** goes beyond traditional dentistry, recognizing the vital link between oral health and a patient’s overall well-being. We are dedicated to improving the quality of care for an underserved, multicultural patient population. Our comprehensive approach is built on strong collaboration with primary care, behavioral health, nursing, and pharmacy teams.

    Position Description:

    + **Full-time** opportunity at the CHA Department of Dental Medicine in Cambridge.

    + **Schedule:** Monday - Friday with shared on-call duties for nights, weekends, and holidays.

    + **Broad-Scope Practice:** Provide comprehensive dental care, including preventive, restorative, removable/fixed prosthetics, endodontics, oral surgery, and emergency services.

    + **Collaborative Environment:** Work with all staff and peers to maintain an exceptional level of care.

    + **Academics and Community:** Candidates should possess an interest in academics and participating in a clinical learning environment. CHA is a teaching site for the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, with opportunities to engage in community oral health initiatives, research, and advocacy.

    Qualifications:

    + Eligible for a **full dental license** inMassachusetts (limited licenses not accepted); board certification not required.

    + Excellentclinical and communication skills, strong work ethic.

    + Demonstratedcommitment to serving a socioeconomically diverse, multicultural patient population

    + Demonstratedcommitment to dental education, teaching, and scholarship.

     

    CHA offers a competitive compensation and benefits package commensurate with experience, including a guaranteed base salary range of $190,000-$215,000, health and dental, generous paid time off, CME time and dollars, and more.
