As a **Security Professional - Commercial Site Patrol - Full Time** in **Plano, TX** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter incidents by performing regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout a commercial real estate location. You will engage with tenants and visitors, provide outstanding customer service, and respond to security-related situations with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or security-related issues.

+ Observe and report any suspicious activities, security-related incidents, or potential hazards to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.

+ Support access control measures by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site protocols.

+ Work in varying environments and conditions depending on the needs of the commercial real estate location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
