Position Responsibilities:
Support critical finance business functions for customers while meeting availability goals and ensuring robust system performance. Build tools to simplify and scale our infrastructure for global expansion. Design technology solutions and architectures that solve complex business and technical problems. Evaluate technical project requirements, identify gaps in current service-level functionalities, and provide recommendations for long-term and short-term solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues related to applications, on-premises infrastructure, and AWS services. Understand, document, and fix service-level failures from incoming issues. Provide infrastructure support for third-party applications. Design and develop scripts for automation and self-service issue resolution. Lead projects that improve engineering and operations processes, setting standards for engineering best practices and operational excellence within the team.
Position Requirements:
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems Security, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Security, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master’s degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) working with UNIX or Linux operating systems; (2) utilizing programming and scripting languages including Java, Python, Perl, Ruby, C++, or equivalent languages; and (3) troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of technical issues.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. For salaried roles, your Amazon package will include listed sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
