You are able to identify exceptional local material and talent that has global potential, provide thoughtful feedback on IP, concepts, pitches and scripts, and collaborate with top creators across multiple countries. You collaborate with regional and global creative and productions executives across the International Originals team and provide insight and support on select projects as needed – always guided by the VP in amplifying their creative vision and impact across multiple countries.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balance multiple priorities with clarity, and excel at connecting teams and ideas across cultures. You are dynamic creative professional who is equally skilled at big-picture thinking and operational precision.

•Partner directly with the VP of International Originals to coordinate and prioritize the global creative and production slate, with a focus on local projects with global travel potential: track key project milestones, escalate issues, and help drive alignment across regions

•Help shape and organize recurring creative development and production slate review presentations across the global International Originals program for senior leadership

•Facilitate seamless communication among international creative, production, and leadership teams - tracking creative workflows, managing updates, and ensuring the VP’s vision is clearly translated and shared

•Review submissions, provide creative feedback on IP, concepts, and scripts, and surface development opportunities that have global potential

•Support select projects in development or production by offering creative insight, troubleshooting production or creative issues

•Help implement creative and production process improvements, track deadlines and deliverables, and ensure cross-cultural execution that balances creative ambition with production realities

•Work cross functionally with the senior leaders, creative development, content licensing team, original production teams, research, production, finance, marketing and legal departments to document and define initiatives and drive them through execution

    Basic Qualifications

•Experience working with Studio departments such as creative, casting, production, research, PR, business and legal affairs

•9+ years as a creative and/or production executive

•Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development production and post production

    Preferred Qualifications

•10+ years of successful series development and/or current programming experience in TV or film

•Experience working at a premium television network, studio or production company

•Experience adapting high end IP for film and TV, ideally into universes or franchises

    •Deep relationships within the industry

•Expertise in various creative genres and formats

•Strong creative problem solving and coaching skills

•Experience working in international television, movies or media

•High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information

    •Excellent storytelling skills
