    Basic Job Functions:

    Responsibilities will include without being limited to; establishing clear expectations for a team; ensuring best practices are followed consistently; developing and evaluating team members; managing accountability for a team; facilitating collaboration between all NYS teams; and participating in long term strategic planning for the department, as well as meetings within or without regularly scheduled hours.     One year of leadership experience
