Job Summary:

We are seeking a Administrator to manage kiosk machines and laptop locker operations. This role involves handling IT supplies, assisting employees with laptop exchanges, and ensuring smooth functioning of kiosk systems. You will work closely with the mailroom team and provide basic technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage **kiosk machines** for IT supplies (e.g., cables, headphones).

+ Oversee **laptop locker operations** , including receiving new laptops, assisting employees with returns, and ensuring proper storage.

+ Provide basic troubleshooting for kiosk machines and laptop lockers.

+ Maintain accurate records of laptop exchanges and IT supply inventory.

+ Assist employees with Microsoft applications and basic computer tasks.

+ Collaborate with mailroom staff to ensure timely and efficient service.

Qualifications:

+ Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office** and computer skills.

+ Strong organizational and communication skills.

+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
