    WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH

    You will work closely with your Product Management team cross-functional teammates in Merchandising, Design, Technical Design, Planning, and Integration teams in order to lead the product creation cycle.This role supports the product creation process through cross-functional collaboration with design, development and merchandising teams.

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and consumer-centric Product Line Manager II to join the Women’s Running apparel team. The PLM II will play a crucial role in driving product excellence by conducting marketplace and consumer research to deliver exceptional market-leading running products for her. This role is fast-paced and requires a meticulous individual with excellent organizational skills.For this role, you will work with Product Management and a cross-functional team (Merchandising, Design and Technical Design) on the apparel creation process from brief to final product approval. You will lead the product creation workflow through data management, tool creation, and effective collaboration across cross-functional partners. They will enable their Product teammates with organized tools that are accurate and well-maintained. They’ll be a self-starter, seeking projects and coming up with ideas that can allow the Product team to perform at their best.

     

    + Bachelor's degree or an additional 2 years, will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

    + 2-3 years of related experience in product-related role

    + Ability to guide multiple product creation timelines

    + Passion for product and understanding the consumer

    + Outstanding attention to details

    + Strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive consensus

    + Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations

    + Analyze consumer and competitive trends in the market to help the team maintain a sharp point on what our consumer is looking for from our product lines.

    + Ability to travel up to 5-10%

     

    WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

     

    For this role, you will work with Product Management and a cross-functional team (Merchandising, Design and Technical Design) on the apparel creation process from brief to final product approval. You will lead the product creation workflow through data management, tool creation, and effective collaboration across cross-functional partners. You will be delivering on key dates and holding yourself accountable to be meeting deadlines and guiding the team to complete key deliverables together. A typical day/week includes ensuring the accuracy of information in key systems, sample management, participating and conducting meetings and providing clear communication to guide cross functional teams thru critical checkpoints. They’ll be responsible for sample ordering and sample management. And over time, they’ll be responsible for portions of the product line, where they’ll craft insightful and impactful product briefs in partnership with their manager, and facilitate that product through the creation process. You will be delivering on key dates and holding yourself accountable to be meeting deadlines and guiding the team to complete key deliverables together.
