**Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overview
We’re seeking a **Bilingual (Spanish/English)** and experienced **Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)** to join our growing healthcare team in **Wesley Chapel, FL** . The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical experience in both **OBGYN and Primary Care** , a passion for patient-centered service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
+ Greet and prepare patients for exams and procedures with professionalism and empathy.
+ Collect and document vitals, perform clinical intake, and record information accurately in **Epic EMR** .
+ Assist providers during OBGYN and primary care procedures and exams.
+ Administer medications and injections as ordered by the provider (if certified).
+ Perform routine clinical duties such as EKGs, urinalysis, phlebotomy, and specimen collection.
+ Support front-office functions including scheduling, insurance verification, and patient check-in/check-out.
+ Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
+ Ensure compliance with OSHA, AHMG, and all regulatory guidelines.
+ Communicate effectively with patients and staff in **both English and Spanish** .
+ Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment while upholding the organization’s mission and values.
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Graduate of a **CAAHEP** or **ABHES-accredited** Medical Assistant program.
+ **Current Medical Assistant certification** (AAMA, AMCA, AMT, NAHP, NCCT, or NHA).
+ **Current CPR certification.**
+ **Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant** (required).
+ **Experience in both OBGYN and Primary Care** (required).
+ **Bilingual in Spanish and English** (required).
+ **Experience with Epic EMR** (required).
+ Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work efficiently, professionally, and calmly in a busy clinical environment.
