    Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for an Administrative Assistant in Buckeye, AZ. This is a full-time temporary-to-hire position in Buckeye, AZ.

    Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:

    + Exercise independent judgment and personal initiative in performing responsible complex administrative and secretarial work of a confidential nature.

    + Act as liaison between other executives and staff in matters involving his/her office, including meetings, documentation, and activities requiring authorized action.

    + Manage the VP and their direct reports’ schedules and calendars; arrange meetings, conference calls and appointments.

    + Receive and screen communications to the VP, including telephone calls and e-mail messages, recorded messages and/or provide assistance using independent judgment to determine those requiring priority attention.

    + Produce letters, reports, bulletins, memoranda and e-mails, including material of a confidential nature. Compose correspondence, reports, presentations, speeches, organization charts, rough drafts, or verbal instructions.

    + Organize large-scale team events and meetings, including identifying and reserving meeting spaces, aggregating and coordinating meeting materials from business partners, organizing meals and breaks by working with caterers and vendors, and facilitating events. Adhering to budgetary restrictions.

    + Maintain a variety of complex records and files related to operations and functions, including material of a highly confidential nature (personal files, working files, personnel files and department files). Provide document services (copy, fax, distribute).

    + Manage personal matters and projects and other office duties as assigned.

    Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for an Administrative Assistant:

    + 2-5 years of administrative support experience is preferred.

    + Strong communication skills (both oral and written).

    + Proficiency in Windows Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.

    + Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines, prioritizing and multi-tasking as required.

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
