Job Title: IOP Phlebotomist
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team in a physician office setting. This position plays a vital role in patient care by ensuring accurate specimen collection and processing for laboratory testing. What You’ll Do
+ Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with precision and care.
+ Accurately enter patient and specimen information into the computer system.
+ Prepare and process samples for analytical testing; distribute specimens to appropriate departments.
+ Conduct specified analytical tests as assigned.
+ Maintain compliance with all company policies and Code of Conduct standards.
What We’re Looking For
+ Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience (experience with cancer patients preferred).
+ Strong proficiency in blood draw techniques and specimen handling.
+ High attention to detail and commitment to patient care.
+ GED or High School Diploma required.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
