    Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Environmental Consulting Division as a Due Diligence Leader. This full-time position is based in the Pennsylvania Market, specifically for candidates located east of Lancaster, PA. The role involves a hybrid work environment, including working from a home office, visiting client sites, and occasional trips to the Moorestown office.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead due diligence efforts within the Pennsylvania Market, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

    + Conduct thorough environmental assessments and prepare clear, concise, and detailed reports.

    + Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality environmental consulting services.

    + Stay updated with PADEP regulations and ensure all projects adhere to these guidelines.

    + Travel to client sites for assessments and consultations as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 6 years of direct regional experience in environmental consulting and due diligence.

    + Qualification as an Environmental Professional (EP) in accordance with 40 C.F.R. § 312.10(b).

    + Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Geological Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or Environmental Engineering.

    + Thorough understanding of PADEP regulations.

    + Excellent computer skills.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + OSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operator Certification is a plus.

    + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

    + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moorestown, NJ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/hr.
