    **Pay: $30.00/hr.** .

    **Schedule:** Monday- Friday -8am-5pm

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Inbox & Escalation Management

     

    Monitor shared brand inboxes that route to a collaborative inbox.

     

    Triaging emails from franchisees, store managers, and corporate contacts

    Identify the right action path:

    Escalate cases to the internal support teams when needed.

     

    Track open items and follow up on resolutions.

     

    Reply to inbound onboarding inquiries that come through the brand email alias.

     

    Coordinate with internal teams that handle onboarding forms to ensure proper follow-through.

     

    Invoice Coordination for Corporate Funded Offers

     

    Manage a Google Form submission queue used by AMs to request invoices for offer reimbursements.

     

    Validate submissions for completeness, coordinate any missing inputs, and submit via the manual invoicing process.

     

    Operational Support & Collaboration

     

    Maintain organized records of escalations and onboarding updates

     

    May assist with ad-hoc data or process improvement projects

     

    Background in Support/Operations

     

    Experience with collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Excel) and comfort learning technical systems.

     

    Prior experience in a support-related role preferred but not required.

    Skill Traits:

    Highly organized - can manage multiple inboxes and follow up systematically

     

    Tech-savvy - comfortable using Google Sheets and forms, ideally some exposure to automation or formulas

     

    Clear communicator - professional, customer-facing tone.

    **Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour
