Now Hiring: Patient Benefit Specialist (Hybrid)
Are you passionate about supporting patients, improving access to care, and helping them navigate their healthcare journey? Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a **Patient Benefit Specialist** to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and healthcare providers.
This hybrid role is perfect for candidates with experience in healthcare benefits, patient services, nursing support, or patient engagement operations.
**Location:** Hybrid Cary, NC
**Schedule** : Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM
**Pay Rate** : $21.00–$38.00/hr. (based on experience)
Position Overview
As a Patient Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support to patients, physicians, and healthcare teams. You will provide telephonic patient counseling, assist with nursing interventions, and coordinate key services related to patient support programs.
This role uses a combination of web-based platforms, phone communication, and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide telephonic counseling and patient support, ensuring compassionate and accurate communication.
• Assist with nursing interventions and clinical guidance as allowed.
• Coordinate and deliver services tied to patient support programs, including reimbursement and benefits assistance.
• Interact with patients, physicians, and healthcare professionals on a routine basis.
• Follow established standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with all policies.
• Troubleshoot moderately complex issues using sound judgment within defined guidelines.
Qualifications
• Experience in healthcare benefits, patient support, or patient services preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures.
• Strong communication skills with compassion and professionalism.
• Able to work independently with moderate supervision.

**Pay Details:** $21.00 to $38.00 per hour
