Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee the procedure applicable to Market Complaints in alignment with our company's standards. This role is crucial in ensuring that all product quality complaints are appropriately initiated, investigated, and responded to, maintaining our commitment to quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
+ Assure all product quality complaints are appropriately initiated, investigated, and responded to in accordance with company procedures.
+ Work with external partners and customers to gather necessary information for robust root cause analysis.
+ Collaborate with functional departments to identify additional procedural controls for overall improvement of compliance.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in quality assurance and data entry.
+ Experience working with Electronic Quality Management Systems such as TrackWise, Master Control, and Veeva.
+ Ability to work with computers and software applications like Microsoft Word and Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Associate’s Degree in a Scientific Field.
+ Good understanding of current regulatory requirements pertaining to market complaints.
+ Strong working knowledge of market complaints and root cause analysis process.
+ Excellent technical writing skills and command of the English language.
Work Environment
This role operates within a lab environment regulated by FDA and GMP standards. The position is based on a first shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. This opportunity provides hands-on lab experience in a large pharmaceutical company, with the potential for a long-term position upon completion of the assignment. The role supports the increased growth in the production of inhaler particles and ensures product value through rigorous QA checks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
