Job Title: Engineering Account Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to build and maintain deep, long-term relationships across client organizations at multiple levels. This role involves partnering with clients to understand their needs, goals, and industry-specific challenges, as well as monitoring performance and satisfaction to proactively address risks and ensure success.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned clients.

+ Monitor performance and satisfaction, proactively addressing risks and ensuring success.
+ Identify and pursue upsell and expansion opportunities by aligning client needs with capabilities.
+ Lead renewal and contract discussions, negotiating terms that are mutually beneficial.
+ Collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing to ensure clients benefit from new offerings and enhancements.
+ Leverage industry knowledge to provide relevant insights and thought leadership to clients.
+ Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes, advising clients on best practices.
+ Align cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
+ Effectively manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
+ Anticipate resource needs and escalate proactively to ensure commitments are met.
+ Advocate for client needs internally, influencing product roadmaps and service improvements.
+ Cultivate strong client champions to generate referrals and case studies.
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Account Management, or Client Success.
+ Prior exposure to utilities, water, power, public-sector, or govtech industries strongly preferred.
+ Exceptional communication skills: clear, concise, and empathetic.
+ Proven ability to manage internal and external resources to achieve outcomes.
+ Strong organizational skills: able to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
+ Collaborative mindset with a track record of working cross-functionally.
+ Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday onsite with some travel involved. The company is extremely flexible with travel and is open to candidates who prefer varying amounts of travel. The role will eventually transition to a hybrid model as the company progresses.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Overland Park, KS.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
Company offers a full benefit package including health dental and vision benefits. They also offer unlimited PTO

This is a fully onsite position in Overland Park,KS.
