Job Title: Quality Assurance CoordinatorJob Description
The Quality Assurance Coordinator supports the Chief Quality and Compliance Officer in overseeing the Quality Management System (QA/QC, cGMP, cGTP, cGLP). This role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations and accreditation standards while fostering a culture of quality across the organization.
Responsibilities
+ Assist in promoting and maintaining organizational quality standards.
+ Conduct internal audits of donor and collection charts.
+ Manage and assign department training; ensure compliance.
+ Investigate and resolve deviations, complaints, and adverse reactions.
+ Maintain QA documentation and reports.
+ Support continual improvement initiatives across Donor Services, Apheresis Center, Cellular Therapy Lab, and Gift of Life Biologics.
+ Develop knowledge of organizational processes and resources.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ Certifications in Quality Auditing, Lean/Six Sigma, or Project Management desirable.
+ 1–3 years of QA experience, preferably in regulated environments.
+ Knowledge of FDA cGMP (21 CFR 210 & 211) and cGTP (21 CFR 1271).
+ Strong documentation, organizational, and project management skills.
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; calm and tactful under pressure.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QA data management systems.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Office setting in a non-profit organization.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boca Raton, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $24.04/hr.
