We’re partnering with a top-tier geotechnical and foundation contractor seeking a Traveling Project Engineer to join their team on deep foundation projects across the U.S. This is a hands-on role with a clear path to Project Manager, offering mentorship from experienced leaders and exposure to complex, high-impact work.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Support project execution from pre-construction through closeout
+ Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination
+ Track project progress and report on milestones and deliverables
+ Collaborate with field crews, subcontractors, and clients
+ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
+ Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement on-site
What We’re Looking For:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
+ Willingness and ability to travel extensively (3+ weeks/month)
+ Strong communication and organizational skills
+ Passion for learning and growing into a leadership role
+ Prior experience or internships in construction or geotechnical work a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $85000.00/hr.
