Physician Assistant – Outpatient Pain Management

Position Overview
Our client is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join their outpatient pain management and spine/joint care team in Asheboro. This role is designed for a clinician who enjoys a steady weekday schedule, collaborative practice, and a supportive environment. You’ll work alongside experienced physicians and CRNAs, performing evaluations, assisting with procedures, and helping patients manage chronic and acute pain conditions.

Primary Responsibilities
+ Conduct detailed patient assessments, including histories and physical exams
+ Support and perform interventional pain and joint procedures within PA scope
+ Order and interpret diagnostic studies and ensure timely follow-up
+ Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with supervising physicians
+ Provide thorough pre- and post-procedure education
+ Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinic and regulatory protocols
+ Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to promote high-quality patient care
Qualifications
+ Active North Carolina PA license (or ability to obtain before start date)
+ Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
+ NCCPA certified and NPI registered
+ Current BLS and ACLS certifications
+ Strong communication, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills
+ Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or outpatient procedural care is a plus—but not mandatory

**Pay Details:** $110,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
