**Compensation:** $100,000 – $150,000 annually (DOE) + Up to $30,000 Annual Bonus
**Relocation Assistance:** Considered on a case-by-case basis
Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | **No Nights or Weekends
Position Summary
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated **Physician Assistant (PA)** to join a **growing outpatient Pain Management and Spine/Joint Care practice** in **Fayetteville, NC** . The ideal candidate will be a compassionate provider who thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment and is willing to **rotate between nearby clinic locations** as part of a cohesive team (schedules provided weeks to months in advance).

Key Responsibilities
+ Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations.
+ Assist with and perform **interventional pain management and joint procedures** within the PA’s licensed scope of practice.
+ Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic imaging and lab tests.
+ Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications in collaboration with supervising physicians.
+ Provide pre- and post-procedure patient education and ensure proper follow-up care.
+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
+ Collaborate closely with physicians, CRNAs, and the multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
+ Travel and provide coverage at other nearby clinic locations on a **rotating basis** as needed.
Qualifications
+ Active **Physician Assistant license** in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).
+ Graduate of an **accredited PA program** .
+ **Current NCCPA certification.**
+ **National Provider Identifier (NPI).**
+ **Current BLS and ACLS certifications.**
+ Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
+ Strong clinical judgment and a patient-centered mindset.
+ **Experience in Pain Management, Orthopedics, or Outpatient Surgery** preferred (not required).
Compensation & Benefits
+ **Base Salary:** $100,000 – $150,000 annually (DOE)
+ **Bonus Potential:** Up to $30,000 annually
+ **Relocation Assistance:** Considered case-by-case
+ **Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No nights or weekends

**Pay Details:** $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
