Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Senior Business Analyst in Remote. Responsibilities:
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews.
• Work independently and solve problems effectively.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Experience: 3–5 years in business analysis and data analysis (preferably in HEDIS, provider data, claims data, or Medicare/Medicaid).
• 2+ years in business analysis or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Medicaid quality or Medicare STARs.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud databases.

**Pay Details:** $48.16 per hour
