    **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Friday 6:00 AM–2:00 PM

    We’re hiring **Entry-Level Machine Operators** to join our client’s fast-paced production team in **Pittsfield, Maine** . This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in a stable, long-term role— **no experience necessary!**

     

    You’ll be working with modern machinery, learning on the job, and playing a vital role in making high-quality products.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Load and unload materials into machines

    + Start and stop machine cycles with basic controls

    + Monitor machines to ensure proper operation

    + Perform simple visual inspections for quality

    + Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized

    + Handle materials and lift items up to **50 lbs.**

    + Follow all safety and company guidelines

    What We’re Looking For:

    + **Reliable and punctual** – we count on you to show up ready to work

    + Willingness to **learn new skills** on the job

    + Comfort with **standing, lifting, and moving** for extended periods

    + Strong attention to detail

    + Experience in manufacturing or production is a **plus** but not required!
