Position Summary
As an SAP Interface Developer, you will be at the forefront of crafting and maintaining robust interfaces within CVS Health's SAP landscape. Your role will focus on developing, configuring, and maintaining interfaces utilizing SAP Process Integration/Process Orchestration (PI/PO) and newer technologies such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Your primary responsibility will involve ensuring seamless data flow and integration between various SAP and non-SAP systems, supporting CVS Health's operational needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ **Interface Development and Configuration:** Design, develop, and configure interfaces using SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, and SAP BTP to enable smooth and efficient data flow between diverse systems.
+ **Integration Strategy Implementation:** Implement integration strategies aligning with CVS Health's business objectives, leveraging both traditional and newer SAP integration tools to enhance system connectivity and efficiency.
+ **Interface Maintenance and Support:** Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and troubleshooting of interfaces, ensuring optimal performance, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
+ **Collaborative Engagement:** Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including application development, testing, operations, and project management, fostering effective communication and seamless integration across systems.
+ **Testing and Quality Assurance:** Conduct thorough unit, integration, and regression testing of all developed interfaces to ensure reliability, data integrity, and robust error handling.
+ **Technical Documentation:** Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all interfaces, including mapping sheets, functional specifications, and support guides to facilitate ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
+ Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor interface performance, proactively identify bottlenecks, and implement tuning measures to ensure optimal efficiency and scalability across SAP and non-SAP systems.
Required Qualifications
+ **SAP Interface Development:** 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing interfaces using SAP PI/PO, configuring, and enhancing interfaces to meet specific business needs.
+ **CPI and BTP Experience:** 3+ years of experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and/or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), demonstrating proficiency in integrating diverse systems.
+ **Project Experience:** Participation in 1+ full Innovation, Modernization, and/or Transformation project lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
+ **Advanced Integration Expertise:** Extensive hands-on experience in complex SAP and non-SAP systems integration using SAP PI/PO, CPI, and BTP.
+ **Interface Optimization:** Proven track record in optimizing interfaces for performance, scalability, and reliability within SAP environments.
+ **Cross-Platform Integration:** Knowledge of integrating SAP systems with non-SAP systems and cloud-based platforms.
+ **Technical Aptitude:** Strong technical acumen, capable of understanding and implementing newer SAP technologies effectively. Some proficiency ABAP, Java, or Groovy.
+ **SAP** **Best Practices and Methodology:** Knowledge of SAP best practices, SAP Implementation Methodology and Agile and DevOps project management methodology.
+ **Collaboration and Communication:** Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse teams.
+ **Analytical Skills:** Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing and resolving interface-related issues efficiently.
+ **Motivated and Ethical:** Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic, and a proactive team-oriented approach.
Education
+ **Educational Background:** Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent. Alternatively, a verifiable H.S. Diploma / GED coupled with relevant work experience equivalent to the required educational background.
+ **C** **ertifications:** SAP certifications in PI/PO, CPI, or relevant integration technologies (preferred).

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$83,430.00 - $166,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
