Job Title: Fulfillment Specialist
Job Description
The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for performing tasks involved in processing and shipping orders to customers at a Centralized Services Pharmacy Fulfillment Center.
Responsibilities
+ Receive, scan, pick, pack, audit, and ship prescriptions to customers.
+ Track all inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accountability in inventory.
+ Verify orders and ensure entry into the inventory management system.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all areas of the Fulfillment Center are orderly and free of debris.
+ Adhere to quality standards set forth by management.
Essential Skills
+ Willingness to work a flexible shift.
+ Ability to stand for at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation.
+ Capability to perform tasks such as pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation.
+ Ability to carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma/GED.
+ At least 2 years of experience in a retail, centralized services, or fulfillment center environment.
+ At least 6 months of experience operating motorized material handling equipment.
+ Experience with radio frequency (RF) scanning for at least 6 months.
+ Experience entering and retrieving data in an inventory management system for at least 6 months.

Work Environment
The facility is climate-controlled and clean. Employees can wear casual attire such as jeans, khakis, or dress pants, along with t-shirts, polo shirts, and closed-toe shoes. However, sleeveless shirts, shorts, scarves, dangling jewelry, and clothing with inappropriate graphics are not permitted. The work environment is organized into various departments where tasks may include manually opening items, filling containers, checking orders, and placing orders.

This is a Contract position based out of Mechanicsville, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
