Job Title: Shift Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Shift Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain various machines including the Marvel Saw, Punch Press, and Hydraulic Press. This role requires adherence to established procedures and safety guidelines, with a focus on working with mild steel and performing multiple runs and jobs.

Responsibilities

+ Set up and operate the Marvel Saw, Punch Press, and Hydraulic Press according to safety guidelines.

+ Maintain the machines to ensure optimal performance.

+ Perform programming at the machine level for efficient production.

+ Work with mild steel in a job shop environment, handling multiple runs and jobs.

Work Environment

All 3 shifts available. Our clean and organized shop hosts about 75 employees, including office staff.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Beaver Dam, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $50000.00/yr.

All OT is voluntary

Direct Hire

Family owned and the owner is very approachable and on the shop floor at times

3-5% annual raises

Clean and organized facility and shop

10% 2nd shift premium

Tuition reimbursement
