    Job Title: Inventory Specialist

    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to assist with converting the parts room to the new maintenance software, Asset Optics. This is a 6-month project role focused on organizing parts and entering parts and equipment into the system.

    Responsibilities

    + Organize and manage the inventory of parts.

    + Enter parts and equipment data into the Asset Optics system.

    + Ensure accurate inventory management through meticulous data entry.

    + Handle shipping and receiving tasks as necessary.

    + Perform material handling and heavy lifting tasks as required.

    + Maintain spreadsheets for parts inventory.

    + Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient inventory processes.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in inventory control and management.

    + Strong skills in data entry and spreadsheet management.

    + Experience with shipping, receiving, and material handling.

    + Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift/move parts as needed.

    + Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High computer proficiency.

    + Experience with Asset Optics is preferred.

    + Strong teamwork capabilities.

    + Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

    Work Environment

     

    This role requires standing for extended periods (8–10 hours) and involves heavy lifting as needed. The work environment is a parts warehouse where you will use various equipment and technologies to manage inventory. The dress code is casual and appropriate for warehouse settings.

    This is a Contract position based out of Attleboro, MA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
