    Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician in a bustling plastics manufacturing plant. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform set-ups, changeovers, disassembly, and assembly of various machinery such as extrusion machines, heaters, vacuums, and compressors.

    + Conduct light electrical work as needed.

    + Familiarize yourself with PLCs, although in-depth experience is not necessary.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.

    + Strong mechanical skills and experience with set-up and changeover of machines.

    + Ability to work with extruders and compressors.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Possession of personal tools is required.

    + Familiarity with working in a unionized environment.

    Work Environment

     

    This role is based in a busy, rubber manufacturing plant that operates on a union shop basis. Openings are available on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. Expect a hands-on and sometimes dirty work environment where your technical expertise will be highly valued.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Cape Girardeau, MO.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $63356.80 - $74000.00/yr.

     

    Need to get- recently negotiated union contract.

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Cape Girardeau,MO.
