    Production Worker

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and quality of our production line. You will work in a dynamic environment, handling various tasks that contribute to our production goals.

    Responsibilities

    + Read and interpret job specifications to determine material requirements.

    + Perform general production and labor duties.

    + Cut stops or guides to specific lengths using scales, rules, or templates.

    + Observe machine operations to detect product defects or machine malfunctions.

    + Review products for inconsistencies or abnormal appearance to ensure they meet quality standards.

    + Assist other operators in setting up machines and completing tasks to meet deadlines.

    + Maintain housekeeping in a clear and orderly fashion in the assigned area.

    + Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience as a machine operator or production operator.

    + Familiarity with high-speed production and production lines.

    + Ability to work as a production worker or bagger.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Good job tenure is a must; candidates with frequent job changes will be disqualified.

    + Experience in a similar industry is preferred, but warehouse or other relevant experience will be considered.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White Marsh, MD.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
