Hiring for Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians in Liberty, SC pays up to $36hr.
Job Description
As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you will perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machines and facilities. You will troubleshoot, maintain, modify, and repair PLCs (Allen Bradley & Siemens) and manage electrical systems up to 480V. Your role will involve adjusting film tension, providing emergency repairs during production, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation of machinery.
Responsibilities
+ Troubleshoot, maintain, modify, and repair PLCs (Allen Bradley & Siemens), excluding programming.
+ Manage electricity systems up to 480V.
+ Adjust film tension to improve performance.
+ Maintain production on the line and correct issues swiftly to ensure continuity.
+ Provide emergency and scheduled repairs on production equipment.
+ Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
+ Use a variety of hand and power tools, volt meters, and material handling equipment.
+ Analyze, troubleshoot, replace, and install electrical AC/DC controls and power distribution.
+ Work from drawings, blueprints, worksheets, and other related documents.
+ Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment using precision measurement tools.
+ Interpret schematics and equipment manuals for troubleshooting.
+ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to increase equipment reliability.
+ Repair, install, and program VFDs.
+ Work within the CMMS (FIX) system.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled, FDA-regulated environment with a flexible schedule: 6 PM to 6 AM or 6 AM to 6 PM, on a rotating schedule of 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off, with every other weekend off. This schedule allows you to work half the month and half the year.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $77875.00/yr.
