Job Description
Join our team as a Level 3-4 Operator where you will be responsible for reading work instructions, reviewing drawings, and building catheter assemblies, sub-assemblies, and full catheter builds within a clean room environment. This role involves working under a microscope, completing sub-assemblies, using small hand tools, documenting processes, performing visual inspections, and final packaging of catheters.
Responsibilities
+ Read work instructions and review drawings to build catheter assemblies.
+ Perform sub-assembly and full catheter build tasks within a clean room environment.
+ Utilize microscopes and small hand tools for precision assembly work.
+ Document work processes in travelers, QMS, or ERP systems.
+ Conduct visual inspections and ensure final packaging of catheters.
Essential Skills
+ 6+ years of catheter building/assembly experience in the medical device industry.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills to read work orders and production drawings.
+ Ability to document work accurately in various systems.
+ Hand dexterity for working with very small pieces, requiring patience and diligence.
+ Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Balloon catheter building/assembly experience preferred.
+ High school graduate or GED equivalent.

Work Environment
Our state-of-the-art facility provides a clean and welcoming work environment. The position operates on a second shift, Monday through Thursday from 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, with a 30-minute paid break, a 30-minute unpaid lunch, and a 15-minute paid break.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
