Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a temporary role to help convert paper files into digital format. This position involves scanning documents, organizing electronic files, and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities
+ Scan and upload paper files into computer systems.
+ Organize and maintain digital records.
+ Use Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and documentation.
+ Answer phones and provide professional customer service.
+ Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $14.00/hr.
