    We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Based in Omaha, Nebraska, this position requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer support.     • Provide clear and precise communication, adapting to different customer needs and situations.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is required.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
