Hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanics in Longmont, CO!

**Location:** Longmont, CO

**Pay:** $42/hour

**Shift:** 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (2-2-3 schedule)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled **Industrial Maintenance Mechanic** to join our team at our food manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Increase skills and knowledge through technical training sessions, vendor visits, and scheduled maintenance activities.

+ Utilize computer systems to input and maintain accurate records and data, including email and online training resources.

+ Maintain an accurate electronic database of repair and maintenance activities, including parts usage and time tracking.

+ Facilitate effective shift handoff by communicating safety, quality, and production issues with prior/next shifts.

+ Lead projects to improve safety, quality, and production results in designated areas.

Required Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree, technical training, or certification preferred.

+ 3–5 years of mechanical or maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Ability to read, write, and interpret English documents, including safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices.

+ Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

+ Must safely perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
