    Job Description

    We’re looking for a creative, strategic Content Manager to lead content development across digital platforms for both B2B and B2C audiences. In this role, you’ll oversee storytelling, content strategy, and multi-channel execution—ensuring every asset aligns with brand goals, engages the right audience, and drives measurable impact. You’ll blend creativity with data, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content that supports brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop and manage a unified content strategy that supports brand storytelling, demand generation, and audience engagement across B2B and B2C markets.

    + Create and oversee content across web, email, social media, blogs, landing pages, campaigns, and video—tailoring tone and messaging by audience.

    + Partner with product, marketing, sales, and creative teams to translate business goals into compelling content assets.

    + Manage content calendars, campaign timelines, and cross-channel publishing.

    + Optimize content using SEO best practices, keyword research, and performance insights.

    + Lead A/B testing for subject lines, CTAs, themes, and content formats to increase engagement and conversions.

    + Maintain brand voice, consistency, and storytelling quality across all platforms.

    + Analyze performance metrics and audience data to guide content improvements and future strategy.

    + Manage freelancers, vendors, or agencies when needed to scale content production.

    Requirements

    Requirements

    + 3–6+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital storytelling across B2B, B2C, or both.

    + Strong writing, editing, and content planning skills with the ability to shift tone across audiences and industries.

    + Experience managing content calendars, multi-channel campaigns, and cross-functional workflows.

    + Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools (GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs), and CMS platforms like WordPress, HubSpot, or Webflow.

    + Understanding of social media best practices for both consumer and business audiences.

    + Ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging narratives.

    + Excellent project management skills and comfort working in fast-paced environments.
