Job Title:** **2nd Shift Forklift Operator (Clamp Truck) | Pay: $21–$23/hour |** **Direct Placement

About the Role

**We’re hiring an experienced Forklift Operator** to join our team on **2nd shift** in a **brand-new, climate-controlled manufacturing facility** . This role focuses on **safe material handling** , **loading/unloading trailers** , and performing **final quality inspections** . If you have experience with **clamp forklifts** , **reach trucks** , and **RF scanners** , this is a great opportunity for long-term stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

+ Safely operate **clamp forklifts** , reach trucks, and stand-up forklifts.

+ Ensure all units are properly banded and tagged before loading.

+ Inspect for broken or missing straps and stage units in the warehouse.

+ Load/unload trailers and railcars efficiently while following all paperwork processes.

+ Perform **visual quality inspections** to verify unit and truck counts.

+ Read and follow the Wet End run schedule for correct roll placement.

+ Assist operators with prepping damaged rolls and ensure proper return of butt rolls.

+ Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and rotate stock as needed.

+ Complete monthly online safety training and report any incidents immediately.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with **clamp forklifts** , reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, and RF scanners.

+ Ability to read and interpret schedules.

+ Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Previous **warehouse and forklift experience** .

+ Ability to work in a **team-oriented environment** .
