Job Title: Manufacturing Admin
Job Description
A leading pipe and valve manufacturer is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Admin to join our team as a production coordinator. This role involves receiving and managing Purchase Orders, planning and coordinating production schedules with fabrication supervisors, and overseeing inventory management and replenishment. The position requires auditing workflows, financial metrics, and production metrics, as well as creating detailed reports and facilitating communication between floor-level managers and upper management.
Responsibilities
+ Receive and process Purchase Orders.
+ Coordinate and plan production schedules with fabrication supervisors.
+ Manage and replenish inventory supplies.
+ Work within the ERP system to ensure efficient production management.
+ Audit workflows, financial metrics, and production metrics.
+ Create and present reports to facilitate communication between management levels.
+ Coordinate and manage Material Test Reports (MTRs).
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in scheduling and reporting.
+ Experience with inventory management and replenishment.
+ Strong auditing skills.
+ ERP system knowledge.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Extensive experience as a production coordinator.
+ Experience in pipe and valve fabrication.
+ Familiarity with Mendix software.
+ FEM certification (Financial and Economic Modelist).
+ Experience with QlikView software.

Work Environment
This role is set in a manufacturing environment that is clean yet non-climate-controlled, with large fans in use. The facility includes both assembly/fabrication and warehouse distribution areas. Our team consists of approximately 12 shop employees, including CNC machinists, QC Technicians, manufacturing trainers, assemblers, and machine operators. The role requires wearing steel-toed shoes, jeans, a work shirt, safety glasses, and a high-visibility vest. The work schedule is 1st shift, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime and weekend work based on production needs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stafford, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
