Warehouse Associates – $17.00/hr (Full-Time)

**Location:** Multiple warehouse sites (assignments may vary)

Are you looking for a fast-paced, hands-on role with a growing team? We’re hiring **Warehouse Associates** to support operations across multiple warehouse locations. This is a full-time opportunity offering steady hours, competitive pay, and a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Accurately **receive and check pick tickets** using an RFD scanner

+ **Locate and retrieve products** using warehouse technology

+ **Pick and pack orders** according to quantity, size, and handling requirements

+ **Prepare shipments** for delivery and assist with inventory put-away

+ **Load and unload containers** as needed across warehouse sites

+ **Maintain a clean and organized workspace** , returning tools at end of shift

Picker & Packer Roles

Pickers

+ Must be comfortable working at heights up to **30 feet** using an orange lift

+ Responsible for retrieving merchandise based on scanner instructions

+ Performance tracked by order accuracy and efficiency

Packers

+ Package picked items with care, using bubble wrap for delicate items

+ Select appropriate box sizes and ensure secure packaging

+ Measured on volume and packing efficiency using scanner data

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

1. Continuously bend/stoop, squat, balance, kneel, bend, lift and push/pull.

2. Climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

3. Continuously carry up to ten (10) pounds and lift-up to fifty (50) pounds.

4. Occasionally climb heights and reach above shoulder level.

5. Perform moderate physical activity which is required along with the handling of objects up to fifty (50) pounds.

6. Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced, warehouse environment and effectively deal with management, employees, and members of the business community in all situations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
