Job Title: Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Operator with advanced expertise in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) using ASME Y14.5 (2009 or later) standards. This position requires experience with AS9100, AS9102, and Quality Management System (QMS) standards, as well as an advanced interpretation of aerospace drawings and documents.
Responsibilities
+ Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and perform inspections.
+ Conduct final inspections and ensure quality control.
+ Perform first article inspections using AS9102 standards.
+ Use CATIA V5 Software to create 2D drawings from 3D models.
+ Generate AS9102 First Article reports using Microsoft Word.
+ Create balloon drawings using Adobe and CATIA V5.
+ Apply aerospace specifications in daily tasks.
+ Collaborate with supplier quality processes.
Essential Skills
+ Advanced use of GD&T ASME Y14.5 (2009 or later).
+ Experience with AS9100, AS9102, and QMS standards.
+ Proficient in interpreting aerospace drawings and documents.
+ Skilled in CMM operation and final inspection.
+ Proficient in using Microsoft Office Software, especially Word.
+ Experience with CATIA and Adobe software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with supplier quality processes.
+ Ability to work with a team and keep up with demand.

Work Environment
Work in an aerospace machine shop equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and technologies. The environment requires physical activity with parts varying in size, some as large as 100 inches. The schedule includes weekday shifts from Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, and weekend shifts from Friday to Sunday, 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $62.20/hr.
