    Description

    Event Support Coordinator - 20 hrs/wk through April, Hybrid Downtown Dallas 3 days a week!

     

    Support Coordinator will be coordinating materials, working with vendors as needed, ordering and purchasing supplies and materials for upcoming engagements. Support Coordinator will be coordinating meetings and support activities, both in-person and virtual. Support Coordinator will be creating client accounts and updating database contacts and information, working with volunteers and corporate partners. Support Coordinator will be organizing and maintaining project and schedule information, supporting team members with special events.

     

    Support Coordinator will assist with preparing emails and materials for key events including directions briefing and other logistical information.

    Requirements

    Event Support Coordinator - 20 hrs/wk through April, Hybrid Downtown Dallas 3 days a week!

    Support Coordinator MUST have the following to be considered:

    + Experience in an event or support contract

    + Proven success in the details, organizing many people, projects and places

    + ability to work within the system to update contacts, enter new projects, etc.

    + non-profit a plus
