    Description

    Our client is seeking a Staff Accountant to support their Contract Administration Division.

     

    The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, experience handling payments and financial reporting, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process payments and related financial transactions

    + Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports

    + Review contracts and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance

    + Assist with financial reconciliations and audit preparation

    + Communicate effectively with internal departments, management, and external partners

    Requirements

    + Solid understanding of general accounting principles

    + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

    + Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

    + Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines

    + Prior experience in contract or program administration a plus
