    Job Title: Concrete Laborer

    Job Description

    Work in modern production spaces equipped with cutting-edge technology and amenities. Responsibilities include setting up molds, assembling rebar cages, pouring and finishing concrete, and maintaining a safe work environment. Operate a variety of hand and power tools, measuring devices, mobile equipment, and cranes. Work safely around suspended loads and high-tension strand, and access scaffolding and elevated work platforms. Undertake general laborer duties and special projects as needed.

    Responsibilities

    + Set up molds and assemble rebar cages.

    + Pour and finish concrete safely and efficiently.

    + Operate hand and power tools, as well as measuring devices.

    + Safely operate mobile equipment and cranes.

    + Work around suspended loads and high-tension strands.

    + Access scaffolding and elevated work platforms.

    + Perform general labor duties and special projects.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years of experience in general labor or construction.

    + Experience in concrete work is a plus.

    + Proficiency in operating hand tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in carpentry is beneficial.

    + Willingness to work in various roles such as batch plant, rigging crew, carpentry, and mechanics.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.51 - $25.00/hr.
