Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, facilities, and electrical systems within a dynamic stamping and welded assembly plant. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
+ Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs of machinery, equipment, facilities, and electrical systems.
+ Dismantle defective machines and equipment, and install new or repaired parts.
+ Install and repair electrical apparatus up to 400 VAC and 800 amps, including transformers, wiring, and electrical and electronic components.
+ Repair automated machinery and equipment, specifically Fanuc robots.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with Fanuc robot troubleshooting.
+ Proficiency in robotics and industrial maintenance.
+ Strong understanding of electrical systems and automation.
+ Familiarity with programmable logic controllers and Allen-Bradley equipment.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding techniques.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with robotic spot welding.
+ Ability to touch up robot points and move spot welds.
+ Understanding of IO (inputs/outputs) and ability to home robots.
+ Extensive experience with robots, particularly Fanuc (95%).
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lansing, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
