    Job Title: Field Representative

    Job Description

As a Territory Business Representative, you will play a pivotal role in the sale and support of branded products and services, including lubricants, filters, chemicals, and diesel exhaust fluid.     Responsibilities

    + Sell profitable new key business in an assigned territory through cold calling, lead development, and networking.

    + Deliver customized presentations to decision makers to form key partnerships leading to new business.

    + Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, advising on realistic forecasts for each product based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy, and sales effort.

    + Utilize CRM tools to drive sales performance and exceed volume and goals.

    + Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees to build trust, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on customer delivery, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively, and uphold high integrity.

    + Develop and maintain professional internal and external relationships that align with company core values.

    + Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with support teams.

    Essential Skills

    + Documented B2B outside sales experience.

    + Experience developing, maintaining, and delivering on sales goals and objectives.

    + Bachelor’s degree.

    + Experience working for both privately held and publicly held organizations.

    + Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

    + Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

    + Willingness to travel and work with a team of professionals - 50%.

    + Superior written and verbal communication skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in clear language.

    + Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed time frames.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Mechanical aptitude.

    + Experience in parts sales and account management.

    + Customer service orientation.

    + Prospecting skills.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Arlington, WA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/yr.

     

    Benefits include: Medical & Dental plan, 401K, ESOP, Company Paid Long Term Disability, and Company paid Life Insurance, Voluntary Life Insurance available, Paid Holidays, Paid sick time, Paid Time Off, Employee Discount, and company car.
