    Job Title: Forklift Operator

    Job Description

    As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in managing all incoming and outgoing materials in our warehouse. You will be responsible for lifting items weighing up to 50lbs, ensuring accurate matching of labels with materials, operating a sit-down forklift, and utilizing a PC to track shipments.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist in the warehouse with material handling and inventory management.

    + Lift and move items up to 50lbs.

    + Match labels accurately with materials.

    + Operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently.

    + Utilize PC systems to track and manage shipments.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in warehouse operations.

    + Proficiency in operating sit-down forklifts.

    + Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently.

    + Competence in tracking shipments using PC systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Forklift license required.

    + Experience in material handling and general labor.

    Work Environment

     

    This role is set in an aerospace manufacturing environment, where you will work with expensive materials for leading aerospace vendors. The position operates on a schedule from 7am to 3:30pm.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Long Beach, CA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
