Job Title: Aircraft Technician
Job Description
As an Aircraft Technician, you will perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on Gulfstream aircraft. This role requires ensuring all aircraft maintenance procedures are executed in accordance with company regulations and safety standards, interpreting engineering drawings and technical manuals, and maintaining detailed documentation of all inspection findings and repairs.
Responsibilities
+ Ensure all aircraft maintenance procedures align with company regulations and safety standards.
+ Interpret and work from engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
+ Document all inspection findings, maintenance operations, and repair work in detail.
+ Collaborate with a team of mechanics and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve complex aircraft issues.
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) and industry standards.
+ Assist in training and developing junior mechanics and interns.
+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and safety.
+ Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company standards, and safety practices.
+ Support flight operations with quick, professional maintenance solutions.
+ Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on excellence and integrity.
Essential Skills
+ Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
+ At least 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance with strong understanding of both airframe and powerplant systems.
+ Experience with Gulfstream models G400, G450, G500, and G550.
+ Proficiency in interpreting and working from complex engineering drawings and manuals.
+ Comprehensive knowledge of FAR 43 and relevant FAA regulations.
+ Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with keen attention to detail.
+ Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and technical information exchange.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and aircraft test equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience coming from a service center is a plus.
+ Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
+ Physical ability to frequently lift, carry, and position heavy objects.
+ Capacity to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
+ Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
+ Willingness to participate in continuous learning and training opportunities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
Will provide a benefits list once AM approves the candidate
