    Key Responsibilities:

    -Design, develop, implement, test, and document software components, including user interfaces, reports, and business logic.

     

    -Build and support applications that meet critical business and operational needs.

     

    -Design and optimize database structures to ensure application performance and scalability.

     

    -Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle — from requirements and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.

     

    -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, Systems, Hardware, and Product Management, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet -functional and performance requirements.

     

    -Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues, recommending improvements where appropriate.

     

    -Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, tools, and methodologies.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field required.

     

    5+ years of professional experience designing and implementing web-based applications using object-oriented programming principles and frameworks.

     

    Experience working in the legal industry is a plus!

    Technical Skills:

    Experienced In

    -Java

     

    -Soap, Web services

     

    -eFilling processes

     

    -Spring Framework (including Spring Web MVC)

     

    -Velocity or similar templating technologies

     

    -Tomcat or comparable servlet containers

     

    -Web technologies: XHTML, JavaScript, Ajax, XML, multipart encoding

     

    Familiar With

     

    -Drools, iText, JasperReports, and PDF file specification

     

    Core Competencies

     

    -Deep understanding of object-oriented analysis, design principles, and design patterns

     

    -Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

     

    -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills

     

    -Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and domains

     

    -Excellent verbal and written communication skills

     

    -Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
