    We’re looking for an experienced Tig **Welder** to work on high-quality sheet metal projects in a dynamic job shop environment.

    What You’ll Do

    + Weld precision sheet metal fabricated parts.

    + Handle parts ranging from small components to large assemblies.

    + Read and interpret blueprints for accurate welding.

    + Work with light gauge cold rolled steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

    + Manage thin gauges from 0.048" to 3/8".

    + Set fixtures, layouts, and complete welding tasks independently.

    Essential Skills

    + Strong proficiency in **TIG welding** ; experience with **MIG welding** .

    + Skilled in working with aluminum, stainless steel, and cold rolled steel.

    + Ability to read blueprints and perform precision welds.

    + **2+ years TIG welding experience** on stainless steel, aluminum, and cold rolled steel.

    + **2+ years welding from blueprints** in a production or job shop setting.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience with custom welds in a job shop environment.

    + Familiarity with fixtures and layouts for complex welding tasks.

    This is a Permanent position based out of White Bear Lake, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
