    Job Title: Machine Operator

    Job Description

    A manufacturer in the Noblesville area is looking for skilled machine operator candidates to join their team across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct batch mixing operations including weighing, mixing, and drying.

    + Monitor control room mechanisms to ensure smooth production.

    + Document raw, in-process, and final materials accurately.

    + Perform quality inspections of the final product to ensure standards are met.

    + Label and package materials effectively for distribution.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in machine operation and familiarity with related equipment.

    + Proficiency in batch mixing, compounding, and blending techniques.

    + Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in chemical manufacturing or as a batch mixer or compounder is preferred.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
