    Job Title: CNC Machinist

    Job Description

    The role involves operating CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, and CNC surface grinders. The ideal candidate must perform in-process inspections using micrometers and calipers, ensuring precision within extremely tight tolerances of up to 50 millionths.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, and CNC surface grinders.

    + Conduct in-process inspections using micrometers and calipers.

    + Maintain precision and adhere to extremely tight tolerances.

    + Work with Mazak controls and perform surface grinding.

    + Use horizontal mill and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).

    Essential Skills

    + Experience operating CNC Mills or Surface grinders.

    + Proficiency with micrometers and calipers.

    + Ability to manage extremely tight tolerances.

    + Familiarity with Mazak controls.

    + Experience in an ISO regulated environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with surface grinding and horizontal milling.

    + Understanding of CMM operations.

    + Strong attention to detail and quality.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is extremely clean, with a focus on quality. Employees are expected to have excellent attention to detail and an eye for quality. Initial training will occur on the first shift for 6-8 weeks.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Zimmerman, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

     

    full 401k, health, vision, dental, a majority of health insurance premium is paid for by the company. Spotless shop, annual raises.

    This is a fully onsite position in Zimmerman,MN.
