Job Title: Concrete

Job Description

The Concrete Foreman will supervise and lead crews, ensuring successful completion of concrete placement and finishing tasks. The role requires experienced skills in concrete placement, grouting, unloading and loading materials, jobsite cleanup, pumping water, and assisting with excavation work.

Responsibilities

+ Supervise and lead concrete crews on site.

+ Perform concrete placement and finishing tasks with proficiency.

+ Coordinate grouting and manage loading and unloading of materials.

+ Ensure jobsite cleanliness and assist with pumping water and excavation work.

+ Operate and maintain tools and equipment as required.

+ Comply with OSHA guidelines and company safety policies.

+ Collaborate effectively within a team and share knowledge of the craft.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in concrete finishing and pours.

+ Experience with grouting and handling concrete materials.

+ Ability to load and unload trucks safely.

+ Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and company safety policies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to work well within a team and willingness to learn and share knowledge.

+ Capability to operate and maintain required tools and equipment.

Work Environment

Work primarily occurs on construction sites, involving physical labor and operation of various tools and equipment. Adherence to safety guidelines and policies is mandatory. Employees are expected to supply their own hand tools necessary for tasks

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
