Job Title: Production Associate Trainee
Job Description
As a Production Associate Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training across multiple departments and processes within our facility. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing techniques essential for producing high-quality aerospace components.
Responsibilities
+ Participate in gate grinding processes.
+ Assist with shell removal and de-waxing operations.
+ Engage in sand blasting tasks.
+ Perform roto filing duties.
+ Contribute to knock out operations.
+ Provide support to foundry operations.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in using hand tools and general labor skills.
+ Ability to operate machinery and troubleshoot issues.
+ Experience in production, assembly, and packing.
+ Capability to work in a physically demanding environment.
+ Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Willingness to learn new skills hands-on.
+ Team-oriented attitude.
+ Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
+ Experience with power tools, forklift operation, and shipping & receiving is a plus.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New London, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
